Shipping and collection arrangements

• If you receive the order and payment before 2pm, the goods will be shipped on the same day
• If you receive the order and payment after 2pm, the goods will be shipped on the second working day
• The goods will be sent to the address you provided within 1-2 working days
• After the goods are shipped, you will be notified of the logistics number by email (please check the miscellaneous box at the same time to avoid the email being mistaken for spam)
• You will receive a text message notification when the goods arrive at the designated SF Express station/smart cabinet
• If you choose to deliver to an industrial/commercial/residential address, the deliveryman will call to notify you before arriving

SF Express:

Approximately HK$52 per kg is charged for actual weight/volume weight, whichever is higher. The above prices are for reference only. All charges are subject to SF Express charges.
